Mail Order

The On Line Shop has a dedicated mail order department which deals with all online orders the same day. In stock records are dispatched the same day - we will advise you if items are out of stock.

All this has ensured that with Toolroom Records you can order online with confidence, knowing that you are dealing with a real company. Returns

We will replace any faulty item free of charge. Please contact us via info@toolroomrecords.com or phone us on 0044 (0)1622 769676(Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm). We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
