Before ordering.

Please ask the bill payer's permission before playing your order. 16 plus only.

Please check that your handset is compatible to receive the content you want to receive before placing your order. (If your handset is not compatible for polyphonic ringtones, you will automatically receive a mono ringtone). For polyphonic ringtones, true tones and wallpapers, your handset needs to be wap activated. Prepay users must ensure enough credit is available or you will not receive your order.

Compatibility

Please check that your handset is compatible, prior to ordering, as refunds cannot be given once the order has been placed.

Cost

Ringtones and Wallpapers cost £3.00. This will be billed to your phone via two reverse charge text messages (£1.50 each). Send text and GPRS download charged at your normal network rate.

Delivery Times

Most items will be delivered within minutes of you receiving your two billing messages. However, during busy periods the networks can delay delivery up to 24 hours, which is unfortunately out of our control.
